ZARAUTZ- GUIDED VISIT TO TALAIBERRI TXAKOLI WINE CELLAR (Friday and Saturday)
Guided vist to Talai berri with Txakolina and typical basque products tasting: Idiazabal Gazta, Ibarrako Piperrak, Eusko Label Txorizoa and Tuna. Welcome to our winery.
The Talai-Berri winery is located at Zarautz, one of the towns belonging to "Getariako Txakolina" Guarantee of Origin. Built in 1992, the winery lays on the sunniest slopes of Mount Talai Mendi, surrounded by 12 ha of vineyards.Bixente Eizagirre Aginaga represents the fourth dynasty generation, and his daughters, Itziar and Onditz, the fifth generation making Txakoli out of their vineyards fruits.The Txakoli elaboration relays on the most advanced techniques focused on quality, using boxes for vintage, selection tables, controlled fermentations... These techniques make possible the production of a young and fruity wine.
ZUMAIA- FLYSCH ESENCIAL (Saturday and Sunday)
Take a boat trip to discover this great record of the Earth from the sea. A fascinating boat trip that will allow us to discover the coastal flysch between Zumaia and Deba which holds millions of years of geological history in astonishing cliffs carved by the sea. This beautiful and singular landscape also hides one of the richest ecosystem in the Basque Coast, with a unique biodiversity that can not be seen in other parts of this territory.
GETARIA- BALENCIAGA MUSEUM (Fom Tuesday and Sunday, On July and August, everyday).
The Cristóbal Balenciaga Museum is one of the most important fashion collections in the world. In terms of its quality and the time it spans, this is the most important exhibition of this outstanding fashion designer from Getaria, with around 1,200 creations which range from dresses to accessories.

The hotel is located in a privileged location: 5 minutes away from the centre of Getaria, 10 minutes away from Zarautz, 30 minutes away from San Sebastian and an hour away from Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz EThe hotel was completely refurbished in 2013. We are the 3rd generation and are enthusiastic about and committed to this project that our grandparents started over 50 years ago and which our parents, uncles and aunts were also a part of.
SAIAZ HOTEL 2**
The gothic tower that rises between Gaztetape beach and the old town of Getaria since XVth Century, is now the Saiaz Getaria Hotel. Among its thick stone walls you will find fireplaces, carefully collected antiques, with the comfort of a contemporary hotel. Its privileged location offers unique sea views from its living room, the cafeteria the terrace, and its sea side rooms. You will be able to relax with the sound of the waves and will have breakfast watching the horizon of the Bay of Biscay. A quiet spot in the historic center of one of the oldest towns of the Basque coast.

High Season: 1/07 to 30/09 ; Easter (12 al 16/04) , May (28/04 al 1/05) , October (11 al 15/10), December (5 al 10/12).
